Zumiez is a specialty retailer of apparel, footwear, accessories, and gear for young men and women, with a focus on skate, snow, surf, and lifestyle brands. We emphasizes customer engagement, trend-right products, and creating an energetic in-store experience. Through our Owned Brands, we're able to develop product in-house that can keep up with changing fashion trends and keeping an affordable price point.

As as Production Artist for the Graphic Design team within the Product & Brand Services department, I support our Owned Brands Printables production processes and assist Licensing brand deliveries. Printables encompass screen or DTG printed products. Responsibilities include developing detailed Tech Packs, managing samples, and ensuring production quality across printables, accessories, hard goods, and trims & packaging for our Cut and Sew program. I collaborate closely across teams—including our Buying, Production, Apparel Design, Compliance, and Marketing teams. I track approvals, troubleshot vendor issues, and consistently meet seasonal and monthly deadlines. My role allows me to create artworks for across categories for our Owned Brands and Licensed Collabs, curate trend-right artwork mockups, and conducting trend research to guide graphic direction and product performance.
